Welcome to @Home Tech Support (AHTS). By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service
AHTS provides remote technical assistance and instruction for personal devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. Our services are instructional and diagnostic in nature. We do not provide hardware repair, data recovery, or physical in-home services.
- **Limitations:** While we strive for resolution, we cannot guarantee that every technical issue can be fixed due to potential hardware or software limitations beyond our control.
- **Client Responsibility:** You are responsible for ensuring your devices have a stable internet connection for remote support and that you have current data backups before any major troubleshooting session.
2. Remote Access Consent
Remote assistance is provided only with your explicit, verbal, or written consent. By granting access, you authorize our technician to view and control your device for the purpose of rendering support.
- **Security:** Remote sessions are secured and encrypted. You can terminate the remote connection at any time.
- **Supervision:** We strongly recommend that you remain at your device to supervise the remote session.
3. Fees and Payment
All service fees (including one-time sessions and monthly subscriptions) are due as agreed upon before the service is rendered. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled by the client.
4. Termination of Service
AHTS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, disrespect, or misuse of the service.
